Latimer-Hutchinson Scholarship

The Portland Camera Club's Latimer-Hutchinson Scholarship is an annual scholarship created in memory of Horace Latimer and his sister, Grace Locke, who left the Club a total of $10,000 in 1931-32, as well as Charles Hutchinson who also left the Club nearly $11,000 in his will in 1960. These gifts created the PCC Investment portfolio that provides the scholarship resources. Additional funding support is provided by proceeds from longtime club member David A. Kirkwood's book recounting the club's history, "Seeking the Magic Light."
